We can offer you information on Buildings and Contents Insurance at a cost effective premium and should you be considering additional property purchases, we have some very competitive lending sources.

Our fee structure is very simple. For every property rented out successfully, we charge 10% to 12.5% +VAT of the rent we collect. Should you have a larger portfolio of property we will negotiate terms with you.

There is an initial administration fee of £150 including VAT to cover expenses we have incurred on your behalf which includes all administration and advertising.

Please note however that we will be pleased to give you advice over the telephone which is obviously free of charge and as stated should you wish to take matters further we will give you a free valuation for renting purposes.
